To Access the ingame shop you need to press "ESC" to open you game menu and then click on store that will appear at the top of your menu.

At the bottom of the window you will see how much gold /donor tokens/vote tokens or event tokens you have.

All mounts will be learned the moment you purchase them from the store.
All other equipment items will be send by mail.
