Here is how the new UI works for the quests 


Since i had many complains about how the gears use yellow colour and the back ground of the upgrading window is yellow making them unreadable decided to make one new thing here 

This is how to use it on quests how to accept the quests and so on 

The new quest window will look like this 


To accept the quest once you selected one click on the name of the quest



The new look of the Item Upgrade core on Scarlet Items which were the main issue
